Complaints and appeals
Last updated:
If we act on something of yours: if we remove your set, take your page down, or suspend or close your account, we email you what we did, why, and how to appeal.
To appeal:
- Reply to that email, email support@djb2b.com, or use our request form (djb2b.com/privacy-request), within 6 months. Say what happened and why you think we got it wrong.
- A person reads every appeal and replies with the outcome. If we got it wrong, we put it right.
- If we closed your account and the appeal succeeds, we reopen it. If it was already deleted, your email can sign up again, but we can't bring back what was deleted.
- You can also take it to a court.
A copyright takedown: you can also send a counter-notice. See Copyright complaints.
A report you made: we email you what we decide. If you think we got it wrong, reply to that email, and a person will look again.
Other complaints: complaints about how we handled a report, or about how we handle your data, go to support@djb2b.com or the request form. We confirm we've got your complaint within 30 days and tell you the outcome.
About your data: if you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
