After the beta

After the beta, DJ back 2 back will be priced from £4.99 a month (or the local equivalent), up to an unlimited plan. Before you can pay, this page will say how to cancel, how refunds work, and your 14 days to change your mind. We'll tell you when the beta ends, on our news page and by email, before it happens.

After the beta

• After the beta, DJ back 2 back will be priced from £4.99 a month (or the local equivalent), up to an unlimited plan.
• It renews each month until you cancel.
• Cancel any time on your account page, online and in a couple of clicks. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

Changed your mind? 14 days

• Your right to cancel: you can cancel within 14 days of subscribing, for any reason, and get your money back.
• The checkbox: when you subscribe, we ask: "Start my subscription now. If I cancel within 14 days, I'll pay only for the days I've used."
  • Tick it, and your sessions start straight away. If you then cancel within the 14 days, we refund the rest of the month and keep the part for the days you used.
  • Don't tick it, and your subscription starts when the 14 days are up.

Other refunds

• If we change our Terms in a way that affects you and you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect, and we refund any time you've paid for after it.
• If we ever shut DJ back 2 back down, we'll email you at least 30 days before, and refund any time you've paid for and can't use.
